New Music Scene Begins in Akron!
Rubber City Recording Studio Will Host “Radio Airplay Recording Session” in the Orange Room
Hot on the trail of Nashville recording artist “The Howlin’ Brothers” recently captured Live in the Rubber City Recording Studios session, Twistin Tom Ball hosts local radio show “Just Plain Folk” featuring several songs recorded “Live” and interviews with the three member entourage. The sound is a great mix of traditional Bluegrass and Old Time genres with exciting rocking energy that brings it on home!
Tom Ball asks interesting and relevant questions that round out the interviews adding a quirky twist.

Recording Studios will host a similar event the “Radio Airplay Recording Session”
7:30pm Saturday August 31st, 2013 in the Orange Room at 68 W. Exchange St.
Akron OH 44308. The featured artist will be Roger McClain with his band
“The Livewires”. They will perform a semi acoustic set including several original
Songs and a few old favorites. The Live Session will be recorded for broadcast on

There will be an artist meet and greet and refreshments available.
